- Module 1- Defining Mental Well-being and building motivation for change (47 min)
- Module 2- Stress Management and Self-Regulation (1 hour and 4 min)
- Module 3- Your Basic Psychological Needs (22 min)
- Module 4- Putting you in control: Meet your need for Autonomy (1 hour, 13 min)
- Module 5- Feel more capable: Meet your need for Competence (50 min)
- Module 6- Strengthen your relationships: Meet your need for Connection (50 min)
